Corey’s Pathways is a nonprofit organization founded in 2026, that proudly serves Hooksett and the surrounding southern New Hampshire residents. We specialize in community inculcation, independent living skills, and person-centered planning, empowering individuals to achieve greater autonomy and inclusion. Our additional services include employment support and family support, fostering holistic growth for every person we serve.
