Who We Are

Corey’s Pathways is a nonprofit organization founded in 2026 with a heartfelt mission rooted in compassion, planning, and long-term care. Proudly serving Hooksett and the surrounding southern New Hampshire communities, our organization was created to answer one of the most important and emotional questions families face: What will happen when I am no longer here to care for my loved one? This question became the driving force behind our purpose—to build sustainable, supportive pathways that empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.

At Corey’s Pathways, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, connect, and contribute meaningfully within their community.
